Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with JIACHENG. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• Footwear must show no signs of wear and the original box must be intact.
• Items marked as final sale or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We will confirm the return instructions and address within 2 business days.
3. Pack the items securely and ship them to the return address provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except for incorrect or damaged items, in which case we will cover the cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
